Absolutely incredible location, amicable staff, astonishing views right by a quiet lake with great views. Large bed, reasonably large bathroom and a mini bar fridge, a kettle, and air conditioning in the room. Paid £ 262. Excellent service throughout our stay. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Incredible overall experience...

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the triple room had all the essentials, including tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. the beds were very comfortable, and the location by a serene lake offered beautiful views.

We had an amazing view of the snowy forest from our cabin at Magical Pond Nature Igloos. It was even better than we imagined, and we could see it all just lying on the enormous bed! The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive from Ruka center. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and they accepted our pets without any issues. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the room was always warm. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks. The breakfast could have been richer, as there were no eggs or bacon, and not much warm food.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel in a breathtaking location. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with many local options. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the serene surroundings made the experience truly special.

The cabin's view was breathtaking, surrounded by snowed trees and a frozen lake. the cabin was small but cozy, with a huge and comfortable bed. the breakfast was fantastic, with local products and out of this world bread.

Some minor details like the fridge not being fully cold and the restaurant having limited food options. the window in the bathroom was useless and when the neighbor's light was on it disturbed the night view.

The hotel had a serene location with beautiful views, and the staff were helpful. the bed was very comfy, and the room was warm. the pet-friendly policy was convenient.

The view of the forest from the cubicle was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and full of options. We also appreciated the warm water that was readily available for us to use. The location was remote, but easy to find with GPS and the staff was friendly and responded quickly to our requests.

We went for a romantic escape, but the cubicles felt cramped and lacked privacy. Additionally, the price was steep considering there were no options for cooking, a decent restaurant, or any extra amenities like a sauna or outdoor fireplace. We had to park far away from the cubicles, which wasn't entirely safe at night. we expected more for the price we paid.
